On the mountain slopes of Mysore, the famous Plantation, a rare Arabica coffee, is grown, picking only the fruits that have reached perfect ripeness. The delicate roasting creates a fine cream and an intense aroma in a cup. Full-bodied and balanced, it releases notes of toasted hazelnuts, chocolate and a persistent aftertaste with spicy hints. A special coffee!
The plantations are located in an area of Colombia with a particular microclimate characterized by a persistent cloud cover. This allows a slow ripening of the drupes, to the advantage of sweetness and body in the cup. The harvest, done exclusively by hand, takes place between September and December. In the cup it expresses an excellent body, pleasant acidity with aromas of milk chocolate, peach, cane sugar. A coffee for connoisseurs!
Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer. The most important growing areas are Saopaulo, Minasgerais, Bahia, Espirito Santo. Often used in espresso blends for its peculiarity: in fact, in the cup it has a good body, pleasant sweetness with notes of cocoa, toasted nuts, almond. A coffee for every day!
It is grown on the Sierra Maestra mountain range at 1200-1300 meters above sea level, processed with the typical washed method. The drupes are harvested exclusively by hand. The fruits are pulped, washed and left to dry in the sun on a patio. The profile in the cup is clean and intense, with hints of chocolate, tobacco and hazelnut. A coffee that is unforgettable!
Coffea arabica was born in Ethiopian soil. The coffee growing areas are in the region of Harar, Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Limu and Guji. The altitude varies from 1500 to 2200 meters above sea level. The many small producers grow an excellent coffee, defined among the best in the world. In the cup it releases aromas of citrus, almond, bergamot, with floral and spicy hints. An emotion to try!
