DOORS OPEN TO THE ROASTERY

On the occasion of International Coffee Day, we have decided, in collaboration with SCA Italy, to open the doors of our roastery to all industry professionals and coffee lovers. During the COFFEE BOOM event on Sunday, October 1st, we will provide participants with a 360° full immersion into the world of coffee 

Here is the schedule for the day:

*9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Roastery tour and specialty coffee espresso tasting.
We will showcase all the different phases of our work at the company and offer tastings of some of our finest coffees using the espresso method.

*10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Perfect cappuccino and latte art.
We will explain and demonstrate how to achieve the perfect cappuccino and provide some insights into latte art with live demonstrations.

*11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: History and interesting facts about the world of coffee and botanical insights.
We will take you through the birth and development of coffee worldwide, along with some botanical information, mainly highlighting the difference between Arabica and Robusta and other curiosities. We will discuss the entire coffee supply chain, the “Coffee Journey,” from cultivation to the final cup.

*3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Common mistakes of baristas and how to extract the perfect espresso.
We will explain the most common mistakes made by baristas, debunk industry myths, and discuss how a professional should organize their workstation. We will also show how to achieve the perfect espresso (including parameters).

*4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Specialty coffee extraction using alternative methods (Brewing-Filter coffee, etc.).
We will demonstrate various alternative extraction methods and offer tastings of our finest specialty coffees to visitors and enthusiasts to make them understand that there’s more to coffee than just espresso!!!
