Ours is based on an accurate product analysis through modern equipment and accurate control systems. We evaluate moisture percentage, internal and external roasting bean degree and all the factors that contribute to final product’s optimization.
Through our training courses, from bartending to roasting to greens, we train the next generation of industry professionals who are prepared, aware and concerned about their professionalism and product quality.
